• The issuing of the Letter of Executorship;
• The issuing of the Letter of Appointment (Curatorship);
• The approval of the sale and endorsement of the Power of Attorney to pass transfer in Section 42(2) by the Master of the High Court;
• Obtaining the proceed to advertise the Liquidation and Distribution Account in terms of section 35;
• Obtaining the consent to distribute the assets;
• Obtaining the discharge certificate in terms of Section 56(1) of Act 66 of 1965;
• Registration of a foreign death at the Department of Home Affairs;
• Attending to the issuing  of a local death, birth and marriage certificate at Department of Home Affairs;
